Gaz GOLD height adjustable coilover kits are a premium range of suspension units designed for tarmac motorsport and the serious track day enthusiast (for a road based kit please see our GAZ GHA Kits).

The main features of these kits are:

Front and rear units adjust bump and rebound from a single control knob on the side of the unit.
Struts and semi struts have 62mm bodies for increased oil capacity. These units are fitted with 22mm diameter induction hardened piston rods that are hard chrome plated for strength and durability.
All units have multi lip sealing. The outer seal is a metal encased wiper to clean the piston rod. This in turn extends main seal performance and oil retention under extreme conditions.
All the Gold range are fitted with a gas cell in the outer reservoir and filled with a high viscosity index multi grade oil to prevent cavitation and reduce fade in motor racing conditions.
The coilovers and telescopic units in this range utilise lightweight billet alloy components where possible, i.e. bases, end fittings, seats, lockrings, rod guides and gland nuts. The outer tube is steel with a nickel coating to provide the best anti corrosive finish possible. All outer alloy components are anodised.
A full range of springs are stocked for road and motorsport use.
Easy 36 point rotary adjustment providing the facility for fine tuning without the need to remove the shock absorber from the car.
Double lip seal plus a further stem seal on the piston rod. Produces a shock absorber with unrivalled performance characteristics for both the road and track.
Employing our complete understanding of every aspect of damping technology we believe that Gaz shock absorbers strike the ultimate balance between comfort and performance road holding.
Every unit is fully tested and despatched from our factory with an individual dynometer report.
Made to accredited ISO9001 standard and supplied with a 2 year warranty.
Electro plated body that resists salt spray and road grime on vehicles where detailing really matters.

We offer this kit with your specified spring rates or we can advise based on the final application of the product be it road or track.

The kits are made to order and dependant on factory workload can take 2-3 weeks production.

These products are covered by the standard Gaz Shocks warranty:

Your Gaz Shock is covered by a two year warranty, effective from the date that the shock was purchased. In the unlikely event of a claim under the warranty, the Company will require evidence of purchase. It is a requirement of the Gaz warranty agreement that any faulty unit must be returned to the dealer from whom it was purchased. The dealer will then forward it to the Gaz Quality Department who will assess any relevant claim. The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace shocks which are part of a valid claim. This warranty will not be valid if there is evidence of incorrect installation or signs that the unit has been tampered with. Units should be returned to the Quality Manager, at the address shown below. A note giving details of the failure and the conditions prevailing at the time should accompany the unit. Receipt of the unit will be acknowledged and the Company will endeavour to respond within 10 working days.This warranty does not apply if the shock has been used for competition purposes. Gaz Shocks are dedicated to producing Shock Absorbers and Struts that satisfy the exacting requirements of our customers. As part of our Quality System, we are committed to a quality improvement programme and we regard the feedback of our customers as an essential part of this process. WARNING Do not over-tighten base control in either direction, as this will result in locking the adjustment on the complete assembly.
